  1. Not many of you should become teachers, my brothers, for you know that we who teach will be judged with greater strictness.” (James 3:1 ESV)

When I was a student, I struggled in school. I cheated my way through until the eighth grade. At that time, two teachers rescued me. One was a history teacher, my first “A”, and the other an English teacher. The English teacher actually went to my parents and offered to tutor me. He saw potential where others saw trouble. Through these two teachers I gained a confidence to learn and a hunger for knowledge. Who can you encourage today?
