    just got new glasses. I did not realize how poorly my other ones were working. My vision had changed. The frame size and lens strength of my new ones made a “Wow” difference! This often happens over time beyond my ocular health. I slowly loose perspective in other areas. Then through His Word coupled with my circumstances God provides me an “Aha” moment. Sometimes early in the morning I’ll ask myself, “Was it the strong coffee or the Holy Spirit?” (I know the answer to that.) Currently, God is speaking to me through His Word as I read through the Harmony of the Gospels. I am loving the blending of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John and the one story of Jesus’ life. My focus got clearer as I got to see Jesus as Lord of TIME and DISTANCE. His first two miracles showed this off. In His first miracle of turning water into wine (John 2:1-11), Jesus did instantly what normally takes a long TIME. His second miracle, it did not matter about the DISTANCE that separated them, Jesus healed a child that was 20 miles away. (John 4:46-54) Read these true happenings for yourself. As you look today at what concerns you, what are you focused on? Are you worried about the ‘not enoughs’ of your present provision? Are you fretting over a ‘sick’ child that is out of your reach? Be reminded that those circumstances are no hindrance to the God of TIME and DISTANCE. Keep your focus in the right place, on who God really is. You may need to go see the “I AM” doctor. Lord Jesus, please forgive me for allowing the wrong focus of my worries to blur my view of You. Speak to me throughout the day the truth and real reality of who You are. I sure do love You! Joan
